PURPOSE OF THIS NOTICE
This page describes the PRIVACY POLICY of the company Bexpo S.r.l. (hereinafter “Bexpo” or “Company”) with reference to the processing of personal data voluntarily submitted to the Company.

 
DATA CATEGORIES
Bexpo will process the following data provided:

• Personal data: name, surname, date of birth;
• Contact data: address, e-mail address;
• Data relating to the professional position;
• Bank and / or payment details.

 
PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING
Your data will be processed for the following purposes:

• compliance related to the use of the website;
• compliance with a performance of a contract and/or offer of services;
• compliance with a legal obligation.

PROCESSING PROCEDURE
The data provided to Bexpo are mainly processed by automated tools only for the purposes indicated and for the time strictly necessary to achieve such purposes. Specific security measures are observed to prevent, contrast and minimize the risks of destruction or loss, even accidental, of the data, unauthorized access or processing that is not permitted or does not comply with the purposes for which it was collected.
 
CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
As well as the Data Protection Officer Personal, data submitted to Bexpo may be made available, brought to the attention of or communicated to the following persons:

• employees and/or co-workers on whatever employment basis of the Company, as well as related or subsidiary companies belonging to the same group as the Company;
• public or private entities, natural or legal persons, whose services Bexpo avails of in order to carry out the activities required to achieve the above-mentioned purpose or to which Bexpo is under a contractual or legal obligation to communicate your personal data.

Personal data will not be submitted to third parties (without prejudice to any requests from the judicial authorities or the judicial police during investigations).
 
OPTIONAL CONFIRMATION OF DATA
Confirmation of the data is optional, but it could prove to be indispensable to benefit of services offered. In this case the personal data requested must be provided using a specific form. Failure to provide the data may make it impossible to fulfil the request.

OFFLINE PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION
When Bexpo acquires personal data offline (e.g. using paper forms), the interested parties are immediately notified of the processing policy and, when necessary, permission is obtained from the interested party; The same procedure applies when personal data is obtained by means of forms downloaded from Bexpo websites (such forms include information regarding the specific processing procedure and policy).

ONLINE PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION
When the collection of data is carried out directly through the website of the trade fairs organized by Bexpo (e.g. registration forms to TANEXPO, data provided for online purchases of products or services), a processing data policy is provided and the consent of the interested party is requested when necessary; you can always browse this page and consult Bexpo PRIVACY POLICY.
 
VOLOUNTARLY SUBMITTED DATA
Submitting, online or offline, optional, explicit and voluntary personal data from the interested party (e.g. sending e-mails and curriculum vitae, requests for information to participate in trade shows and requests for hotel reservations) involves the acquisition of the sender's contact details necessary to be able to contact the party if necessary and to describe the processing data procedure, including the processing policy and the request for consent when necessary.
 
RIGHTS FOR DATA SUBJECTS
We inform you that at any time with regard to your data, you can exercise the rights within the limits and under the conditions pursuant to articles 7 and 15-22 of the GDPR.

To exercise these rights, described below, please contact the Data Controller via the Privacy office at the email address privacy@bexpo.it; a response to the request will be provided without undue delay within 30 (thirty) days.
Data subjects have the following rights:

• withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;
• the data subject shall have the right to obtain from the controller the access, the rectification, or the erasure (“right to be forgotten”) of personal data or the right to obtain the restriction of processing or object to processing of personal data;
• the right to data portability;
• the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Photo disclaimer
We wish to inform the audience that during the exhibition days or during events of public nature, video and / or photographs will be made inside the BolognaFiere Exhibition Centre and in the city of Bologna, in order to document these events, both on the exhibition websites and on social media pages.
Photographs and videos published on these sites and on social media pages, relating to the trade shows, are taken during exhibitions or public events. Those do not require explicit consent by the filmed person.
Anyway, people who appear in the photographs and / or video have the full power to request the removal or deletion from the site database, by sending an email to privacy@bexpo.it.
During the collection of photographs and video for documentation purposes some people may be filmed in public places without prior explicit consent; if required, Bexpo Srl will promptly remove the material.
