The data provided to Bexpo are mainly processed by automated tools only for the purposes indicated and for the time strictly necessary to achieve such purposes. VOLOUNTARLY SUBMITTED DATA
Submitting, online or offline, optional, explicit and voluntary personal data from the interested party (e.g. sending e-mails and curriculum vitae, requests for information to participate in trade shows and requests for hotel reservations) involves the acquisition of the sender's contact details necessary to be able to contact the party if necessary and to describe the processing data procedure, including the processing policy and the request for consent when necessary.

Photo disclaimer
We wish to inform the audience that during the exhibition days or during events of public nature, video and / or photographs will be made inside the BolognaFiere Exhibition Centre and in the city of Bologna, in order to document these events, both on the exhibition websites and on social media pages.
Photographs and videos published on these sites and on social media pages, relating to the trade shows, are taken during exhibitions or public events. Those do not require explicit consent by the filmed person.
Anyway, people who appear in the photographs and / or video have the full power to request the removal or deletion from the site database, by sending an email to privacy@bexpo.it.
During the collection of photographs and video for documentation purposes some people may be filmed in public places without prior explicit consent; if required, Bexpo Srl will promptly remove the material.
