At the end of 2021 GEM Matthews supplied the Municipality of Warsaw with the innovative GEM CRM/6R model, fully automated, suitable for working in a h24 continuous cycle. Furthermore, a computerized supervision and management system of the cremation process remotely controls the different cremation stages while on the control panel the touchscreen panel allows you to view information on the status of the system, with the possibility to intervene manually when needed.
To optimize consumption, GEM Matthews places the cremation chamber above the post-combustion chamber. The system supports loads up to 350kg while the ergonomics of the CMR / 6R facilitates the work and health of the operators.
The coffin is loaded by means of an automatic system with forks on rails, to operate away from the reverberation of heat in safe conditions. In addition, it avoids the uneconomical cooling phase and reduces operating times.
Finally, an ash processor allows the refined ashes to pass directly to the urn, avoiding dispersion, and the soundproof walls contain acoustic emissions.
GEM Matthews obtained multiple UNI EN ISO certifications to guarantee environmental sustainability, international quality, and safety in the workplace.
