We inform all Exhibitors that some companies, among them EXPO GUIDE, S.C. / Expo-Guide.com based in Mexico - CONSTRUCT DATA VERLAG / Fairguide.com and International Fairs Directory - MULPOR Company S.A. / Inter-fairs.com, based in Uruguay, send exhibitors from previous shows and upcoming exhibitions advertising offers soliciting data updates. 

For this adversing service they charge an annual fee of more than 1,000 Euro for three years!!

The confirmation order, misleading called "data confirmation", shows the exhibiting company data as reported in the exhibition catalogue, the name of the exhibition and the name of the organiser.

These letters are sent to all companies taking part in the European exhibitions.

We want to point out that these companies are not in any way related to TANEXPO Conference Service srl or any exhibiton centre, and they were never given authorization to offer advertisement, neither to use the name, the logo, nor the exhibitors data.

Please be careful and pass this information on to your staff!
