The Austrian company, FairGuide - Construct Data Verlag, periodically contacts exhibitors from previous shows and upcoming exhibitions soliciting information for an online listing. Construct Data tries to get exhibitors to have themselves registered on their website, on payment of Euro 1,171 that will be charged to you annually for a period of three years !
Visit www.fairgude.com to see if you feel it is value for money - it contains only the data of those registered companies. If you don't want to be included make sure that you and your staff don't complete the form.

UTP Digital Directories
The UTP Digital Directories use a slightly different tactic.They mass mail entry offers that look like an invoice: the forms are very misleading. The terms on the reverse state that payment of the invoice - Euro 590 -"constitutes a binding order". Once in you must cancel "3 months before the publication period expires" or they will renew the contract for another year.
